Just over one-third of these residents were renters and 65% were homeowners. The median value of the owner-occupied homes was slightly more than $524,000. Median income was approximately $133,000.

Thirty-eight homes sold in January 2024 for a median price of $616,000. That represented a 4.6% decline compared with the previous month but a 15% increase when compared with January 2023.
