I have called northern Virginia home for more than 35 of my 71 years. If not a Virginia native, I am very much a Virginian. For the past 18 years, my mission has been to help people realize their dreams through the sale or purchase of real estate and to assist them as their goals change through the various stages in their lives.

Thinking of selling a townhome? You will receive the same treatment I would provide to someone selling a multi-million dollar estate. Not only will a professional photographer help me showcase the property, we will create a floorplan, a virtual tour, and a short video walk-through. Aerial photographs will be taken of the home and surrounding neighborhood to highlight any community amenities. This material will be wrapped into a dedicated website, and featured on all major real estate portals, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube so as to provide maximum exposure for your property.

As a buyer, you will have automatic access to my Concierge Service regardless of the amount you have to spend on a home. Not only will I be there for you during the home search, contract negotiations, and pre-settlement phases, I will be there for you after the sale, as well. Anytime you need a recommendation for a general contractor, plumber, HVAC company, attorney, accountant, or a host of other service providers people routinely require, just tap my resource reservoir.
